>>According to Article 18(9) of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc., Informa Tech Korea cannot claim penalties or damages from consumers in connection with withdrawal of subscription within seven days of ticket purchase.
However, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged after the conference date,7 days after ticket purchase date.
>>According to Article 17 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, etc., refunds can be made if a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase of a conference ticket. Refunds are not allowed after 7 days from the ticket purchase date.
However, in accordance with Article 17 (2) of the "Act on Consumer Protection in E-Commerce, etc." after the conference date, refunds are not allowed even though seven days have not arrived after the ticket purchase.

Full refund up to 10 days in advance
7 days before the event date
 10% of the fee will be charged
3 days before the event date
 20% of the fee will be charged
1 day before the event date
 30% of the fee will be charged
Canceling on the day30% of the fee will be charged
 90% of the fee will be charged
However, if the ticket is canceled within 24 hours of purchase until 3 days before, a full refund is made
